Salary: $14, -90 days increase to $15

We are looking for qualified people with front office, receptionist, or customer service experience! 

Are you looking for your next opportunity? If you are an upbeat, professional and presentable receptionist, front office candidate, or customer service representative we want to talk to you! We have a client looking for a Part-time Office Administrator! They work in the leasing/property management line of work and would love someone with skills that would match.

Schedule & Pay:

  • PART TIME; Monday, Wednesday, Friday (STARTS IN SEPTEMBER)
  • 8:30am-4:30pm
  • $14, after 90 days, increase to 15$

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones with a smile / Check VMs and returning all calls back
  • Responding back to emails and scanning in all documents
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Self driven
  • Self motivated
  • Great time management
  • Taking care of maintenance request from tenants and passing off to appropriate vendor
  • Filing and organizing the paper files
  • All files must be up to high standards daily for audit purposes.
  • Strong listener and able to take direction well

Here's What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:

  • 6 months - 1 year of leasing consulting or office administrator experience; good work history
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - both over the phone (telephone etiquette), and in-person. Strong email writing skills
  • Enjoy being the "Ambassador of First Impressions"!
  • "Unflappable" - able to remain calm and helpful, even if dealing with an upset customer or multiple incoming calls
  • Professional in appearance and attitude - whether at a professional reception desk, or in a more casual setting
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, etc.); basic typing/data entry skills.
  • Data entry skills a plus
  • Dependable & punctual
  • Background check required; drug free workplace
