Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Apartment Maintenance Technician starting ASAP!

Job Duties:

  • Redecorate vacant units.
  • Responsible for hallway and boiler inspections monthly.
  • Report any health/pest/safety issue immediately to your supervisor and/or property manager or assistant property manager.

Schedule Details:

  • Monday – Friday (MUST be able to work Saturday & Sunday when you are on call)
  • 8-hour shift must be able to start working as early as 5:00 AM.
  • The schedule will be given to you by the Maintenance Supervisor.

On Call Requirements & Compensation:

  • On-Call is required for this position.
  • On-Call Rotation: One-week on-call, two weeks of no on-call.
  • On-Call: When you are on call, you must work Saturday & Sunday to open the clubhouses and pools. This will take about an hour each day. Once the clubhouses and pools are open, you can head home.
  • You will get On-Call compensation equal to 75% of the two-bedroom rate, this will equal an additional $267.40 per check for the week you are on call.
  • If you are hired permanently by Land & Company, you can move on-site with a discounted rent, if you would like.
