Detailer

Located in Albuquerque, NM

Looking for a Detailing for a local Welding and Fabrication company. 

Job Duties:

• Analysis and interpretation of specifications, construction documents and production of erection drawings and shop fabrication drawings with CNC files for shop equipment.
• When a new job is booked there will be a “New Project Meeting” that will include the detailer that will be assigned the work, the detailing checker, the estimator who quoted the project, the Plant Manager, Detailing Manager and the Production Manager. The purpose of the meeting is to establish the scope quoted, any issues in specifications, the client information, develop a schedule with milestones for the following items.
• Submittal Schedule (this may include phasing considerations)
• Projected BFA date
• Release to purchasing and production date
• Fabrication / delivery schedule
• Other duties assigned by manager.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 - 60 lbs. consistently.
• Stand, bend, squat, lift, and move.
