This is an entry-level role that will involve working with our industrial/skilled trades client employers and candidates.

Overview:

As a Recruiter (Employment Specialist), you will help connect job seekers with available jobs, supervise small teams of employees, qualify applications and schedule interviewing appointments.

The main goal of the Recruiter is to connect candidates with jobs, meet client needs, and network within the community in a sales capacity. Posting job ads online and on social media sites and using proactive and innovative recruiting methods are common activities.

Qualifications:

• Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• High school diploma/GED required
• Computer and basic social media skills
• Previous recruiting experience is great, but not required

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri. Additional hours may be required at times to meet client needs.

Pay: Based on experience. Base salary ($40 - $45k) plus monthly commission structure. Uncapped commission potential! Average first year annual earnings of $50K - $65K.
