Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a clean, organized and clutter free front desk.
- Be professional and courteous greeting all visitors and staff upon arrival.
- Maintain a visitors log for walk-ins.
- Answer phones and route calls to appropriate parties.
- Data quality projects.
- Keep stock of all office greeting cards.
- Prepare birthday and sympathy cards for signing and delivery to all staff.
- Assist Office Manager in maintaining office and break room supplies, place orders and maintain restocking.
Experience:
- · Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- · Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- · Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- · Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
