Responsibilities for Account Manager:

* Update social media daily

* Conduct applicant searches through various data bases

* Review online applications and respond timely

* Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to determine qualifications

* Coordinate on-site interviews with clients

* Communicate frequently with clients and associates on status

* Provide detailed documentation

* Develop & maintain strong candidate relationships

Skills & Qualifications for Account Manager:

* Basic social media skills

* Strong communication & organizational skills

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel & Outlook

* Strong phone and interpersonal skills

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* Enjoy a fast-paced environment

* Team player
