Job Summary:
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal parts according to specifications. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all parts meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines including lathes, mills, and routers.
  Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.
• Load materials and fixtures onto machines and adjust settings as needed to ensure accurate machining.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and equipment, including cleaning and lubricating parts.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and resolve production issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  Document production processes, including machine settings, tool usage, and any modifications made during the machining process.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code.
• Knowledge of advanced CNC technologies and automation systems.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as needed.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a factory environment.
