Salary: $27.00 per hour

Our client is looking for experienced Roll-Off Truck Drivers to support their growing team in Upper Marlboro, MD. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, high attention to detail, and provide great customer service. This position is a direct hire.

Our client, a locally owned business based in Upper Marlboro, is a high-growth organics recycling company. The company has grown to serve thousands of homes, businesses, communities, and government facilities throughout the DMV.

Pay: $27.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00am start time. End time is typically between 12:00pm-3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Complete all roll-off routes as assigned
• Work with a team or independently

Key Requirements

• An excellent driver with at least 2 years of Roll-off driving experience
• Active DOT medical card
• Active Air Brake Endorsement
• Experience operating Roll off the truck is a MUST
• Must have a clean/good driving record
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and get out of the vehicle multiple times in a day
• Able to work in all weather conditions and get your hands dirty
