Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sandblaster to join their team. The Sandblaster will be responsible for preparing surfaces of firearms and related components by removing rust, paint, and other contaminants using abrasive blasting equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and durability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for further processing or finishing.
• Maintain and clean sandblasting equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Inspect and assess the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards.
• Assist in other production processes as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sandblasting or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of sandblasting equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
