Express Employment is seeking a program specialist for the homeowner assistance fund for a company that provides affordable housing.  Job duties include reviewing housing assistance files, corresponding with applicants to obtain missing documentation, using processor checklist to ensure completeness and accuracy, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed.  The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage, banking, and/or real estate.  Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and pay rate is $19/hr.  The position is long-term temporary, with an expected end date in 2025.
