Express Employment Professionals in Everett is seeking a Fiberglass Production Worker to join our client's team in Arlington! This is a full-time opportunity with hours from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., offering a starting pay range of $19 per hour. Our client specializes in the production of fiberglass parts, and the production environment emphasizes teamwork, continuous training, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute various operations involved in bulkhead production.
• Collaborate with a team responsible for over 100 operations on each bulkhead.
• Contribute valuable input to continuously improve our safety program.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or construction-related experience is required.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn to use standard power and hand tools such as drills, routers, sanders, skill saws, scrapers, and grinders.
• Comfort working with fiberglass materials in a potentially dusty environment while adhering to strict PPE guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain our high product quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using power and hand tools.
• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Work requires standing, squatting, reaching, and carrying out tasks.
