Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer/Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and a strong work ethic. This role involves various tasks including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation and clean-up
• Load and unload construction materials
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Assist in framing, roofing, and other construction tasks
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
