Counter Sales Rep

Located in Waco, TX

Salary: $16/hr.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8a-12p 

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for construction equipment, excellent communication skills, and the drive to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our computer system
• Maintain knowledge of heavy equipment products and services offered
• Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets
• Keep the sales counter and showroom area organized and presentable
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
• Provide support in other areas of the store as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and related products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
