Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE

Express Employment Professionals is searching for a for a dedicated Maintenance Technician. to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining a plant, equipment, and overall facilities.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facility. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong background in facilities maintenance, following lockout/tag out procedures, troubleshooting, fixing problems, unlocking machines, and clean-up.

You need to be able to coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion. Work as a team player and provide excellent communications when interacting with team members regarding maintenance concerns.

Requirements: - Proficiency in logic controllers and schematics interpretation.

Experience in using the following equipment is required:

Welding rods

Cutting torches

Electric saws

Bench grinders

Hammers

Ladders

Grinding tools

Bobcat

Forklift

Locks & tags

Presses

Jacks, and jack stands

Essential Functions

· In accordance with safety guidelines, participates in all safety meetings and functions following all rules set forth to ensure safe work environment.

· Notifying account manager or lead/supervisor of unusual equipment problems and performs all other duties assigned by the Account and/or District manager.

· Conduct field trials for new and current business initiatives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual preferred. Associates degree or certificate in technical field a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Individual must have the ability to overcome obstacles and demonstrate personal adaptability. Physical Demands include, but are not limited to:

-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.

-The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

-Exposure to dust and raw materials particles is frequent.

-Potential Exposure to flash burns, debris in eyes, and pulled muscles.
