Are you an experienced Electronic Assembly Soldering Technician, looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your solid knowledge of IPC and J-Standard soldering, in a rapidly growing company, recognized as a leader in the manufacturing industry? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform soldering operations according to specifications of blue prints, job/work orders, layouts, drawings, etc.
• Produce soldered assemblies and components aligning with IPC and J-Std quality standards
• Utilize appropriate soldering tools and equipment to meet custom specifications
• Perform frequent quality checks to satisfy applicable quality standards
• Clean and maintain soldering equipment, fixtures, and tools
• Record necessary data in a neat and orderly format, according to company procedures
• Assist with various tasks as needed or requested
• Comply with all safety policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar or related role (a plus)
• Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Attention-to-detail
• Outstanding work ethic and attendance history
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to assist with tasks in various departments
• Team-oriented mentality
