Job Description:

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Manager in Honolulu, HI. You will be in charge of keeping our buildings and equipment in good shape.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate contractors
• Inspect buildings and systems regularly
• Schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance
• Ensure safety regulations are followed
• Manage maintenance budgets and costs
• Keep records of maintenance activities

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Building Maintenance Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
