Position: Molding Technician

Location: Sparta, TN

Salary: $15.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sand molds for metal casting production, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Operate molding equipment, such as sand mixers and molding machines.
• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to create molds that meet design specifications.
• Inspect and maintain molds to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and achieve production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in molding or casting is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to handle heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
