An insurance agency in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced insurance agent. This is a direct hire opportunity, paying $20/hr + commission.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Network to generate new sales leads and build relationships within the community as a trusted advisor.
• Understand customers'' needs thoroughly to offer comprehensive insurance policies that protect what matters most to them.
• Educate and advise customers on the client’s range of insurance products, including auto, property, and third-party coverage.
• Participate in valuable business and community events to build and maintain your lead pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about sales with a proven ability to build your own lead pipelines.
• Must possess Property/Casualty license.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering quality service to customers.
• Skilled in generating new customer pipelines and experienced with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience working in a team environment.
