Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Salary: $25 / Hr

Shift: 1^st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment problems.
• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance and repair activities with supervisory and management personnel..
• Train other maintenance personnel in equipment troubleshooting and specialized skills.
• Maintain accurate equipment repair records.
• Manage critical equipment spare parts inventory, including generating purchase requisitions.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance such as painting, snow removal, and lawn care.
• Utilize digital voltmeters, clamp-on amp meters, insulation testers (megger), vacuum and pressure gauges for advanced troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic problems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment.
• Experience in training and mentoring less experienced maintenance personnel.
• Competency in executing low voltage (<600VAC) wiring projects and basic plumbing repairs.
• Proficiency in MIG and stick welding techniques for metal fabrication and repair.
• Skill in using mill, lathe, drill press, and surface grinders for basic machining tasks.
• Ability to lift 15-30 lbs frequently.
