Position Overview:

We are hiring a Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate in South Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have HVAC and/or refrigerant knowledge and experience in customer service or sales. This role involves both counter sales and warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries.
• Pick, pack, and stock orders in the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing and maintaining inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Use HVAC and refrigerant knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• Must have HVAC and/or refrigerant knowledge.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Ability to assist with warehouse tasks such as picking orders and stocking.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
