Seeking a Property Manager for a new luxury apartment complex located in Coral Springs, FL.
Previous property management, and leasing experience required.
Salary amount includes benefits and bonuses.
Applicants need to be able to handle multiple tasks at once, highly motivated, organized, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet usage, exceptional customer service skills and Resman knowledge helpful, but not required.
• Previous Management Experience (supervised minimum of 2 employees)
• High-Rise or Mid-Rise Experience (experience with elevator certification, generator, fire panels, etc. building equipment knowledge)
• Multi-tasker
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Luxury Experience required
