Salary: $135,000 - $150.00/year

Job Description: As the Senior Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing their financial operations. You will be responsible for full-charge bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), financial reporting, and payroll processing. Additionally, you will handle account reconciliation and support audit processes. Proficiency in Sage Software is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Charge Bookkeeping: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and monthly closings.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Oversee the AP/AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and payments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data for an inventory.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing for and coordinating audits, providing necessary documentation and information to auditors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Sage Software is a must.
