Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and finishing shot blast machines according to design blueprints. If you have experience with mechanical assembly, welding (MIG), or as an Auto/Diesel Mechanic, this could be an excellent career transition opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret design blueprints to understand machine assembly requirements.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble machine parts.
• Assemble bearings, ensuring precise alignment.
• Perform MIG welding to join components securely.
• Conduct grinding and finishing work to achieve smooth surfaces.
• Safely climb on machines (10-20 feet in the air) using proper tie-down procedures.
• Test and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a similar role.
• Background in mechanics or diesel mechanics is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Comfortable working at heights and following safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
