Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Surveyor Assistant position for a Bryan, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Assist the surveying crew with daily tasks on commercial and residential sites.
• Operate and drive a company truck to different job locations.
• Perform extensive walking, sometimes over long distances, in varying environments.
• Navigate through brush, rivers, streams, and come in contact with bugs and other wildlife.
• Follow detailed instructions from the surveying team.
• Ensure accurate and precise data collection under the guidance of the lead surveyor.
  

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Physically capable of performing long walks and working in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as walking through brush and wading through rivers and streams.
• Strong ability to take and follow directions accurately.
• Prior experience in surveying or a related field is a plus but not required.
