Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Research Specialist for a bean company

Pay: $17 an hour
Schedule: 7:00 am- 4:30 pm

Monday-Thursday 

Duties are:
1. Placing name tags in front of the rows.
2. Using a pitchfork to pick up the bean plants and putting them in a garbage can
3. Will be dumping the garbage can of beans into the thresher to separate the beans from the plants
4. Will be putting the beans into lunch bags to get ready to ship to the lab
5. Multi-Tasking Skill
6. Good attention to detail
7. Maintain high-quality product

Requirements:
1. A drug screening, physical, hearing, and respiratory test will be required.
2. Need to have safety boots
3. No smoking on the property

Physical demands:
Bend, squat, or kneel to pick up plants or pull test plots by hand
Lift or turn bean plants, piles of plants, or windrows with a pitchfork
Lifting (include weight): Occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Lift and carry 30-gallon trash can 20 yds. or so on uneven ground
Assemble boxes, stack boxes, load and unload boxes from ground level and pickup truck
Stack bags on pallets
Wrap pallets with shrink wrap

Other: Wear a respirator, safety glasses, safety boots and hard hat up to 12 hours per day.
