Express Employment Professionals  has partnered with a local fabrication company looking for a skilled FCAW (Dual Shield) NR 232 Welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, forklift operation, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This full-time, long-term position offers competitive pay, benefits, and retirement options.

 

Job Title: Flux Core Welder (Certified)

Location: Yuba Sutter Area

Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm (Full time, Long Term)

Salary: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform FCAW (Dual Shield) 3-5 Years experience 
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Use a measuring tape to ensure accurate measurements.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Perform other tasks in the shop as needed

Qualifications:

• Certified FCAW (Dual Shield) / Certification preferred, but we certify in-house as well with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Forklift Experience (a plus but not required, we will train)
• Proficiency in using a measuring tape.
• Essential skills in reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints.
• Strong punctuality and work ethic.
• Flexibility to perform various shop tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
• Comfortable working in a shop environment.
