A family-owned trucking company in Central Minnesota is looking to fill a full-time logistics coordinator position working Monday - Friday. If you have great communication skills and want to work at a company that values honesty and customer service and offers room to grow and a business casual dress environment, then this position may be for you! This position offers a competitive salary of $20/hr, evaluation hire.

 

Your day will include:

• Staying in close communication with drivers to ensure maximum productivity and timely pickups and deliveries
• Verifying all information on each load
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Tracking miles for driver payroll
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Other duties as directed

 

What will put you ahead:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent Customer Service, phone skills, & data entry – computer skills
• Great communication skills and team-oriented
• An understanding of the transportation industry, or a desire to learn
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks at hand
• Self-motivated & innovative – able to work with little supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a smile on your face!
