Duties:

Maintaining our client''s property to ensure proper care during set-up and transportation. Ensure that the final product observes the company''s high quality standards.
Follow established procedures for inbound shipments, checking for defects, missing parts, and any other inconsistencies with the shipment. Documents and sends any damaged parts for repair.
Follow established procedures for outbound shipments making sure all necessary parts and equipment are included and properly packed to eliminate or limit any damage during shipment.
Set up displays in our on-site Gallery according to assembly blueprints to ensure preparedness and for client viewings. This will include responsibilities such as examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, hanging graphics, setting walls, and laying carpet as examples.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have trade show experience.
An eye for the details and the ability to quality inspect is essential.
A well-qualified applicant will be mechanically-inclined, able to use electric and hand tools, and capable of climbing ladders at heights of up to 14 feet.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple and conflicting priorities.
Work well with others as part of a team.
Must be hard-working and exhibit a strong work ethic.
Work efficiently and suggests process changes to improve efficiency.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Some computer skills are required.
Must be available to work overtime hours as needed
