As a key player in our sales team, you will place outbound calls using premade scripts to assist with various sales activities, effectively introducing products and services when appropriate. By employing best practices, you will develop rapport and build strong relationships with customers, meticulously documenting all customer interactions. Additionally, you will update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to reflect client interest, manage new leads, and maintain accurate records of all lead contacts, ensuring our sales pipeline is always current and organized.
