Express Employment Professionals of the Treasure Coast has been asked by one of our clients to hire a Real Estate Business Development Coordinator for their Palm City law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue for the Firm.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry insights, and potential business opportunities.
collaborate with Firm attorneys and other personnel to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
- High level of demonstrated customer service, and time management skills
- Public speaking
- Experienced marketing networker with a strong connection in the real estate industry in Martin and Palm Beach Counties.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as lender’s instructions, real estate purchase contracts, and lender closing packages
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
