Our client in Marion is looking for a Grinder/Polisher/Fabricator!!

General Duties:

• ·       Operate grinding machines to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes on metal components.
• ·       Use polishing tools and techniques to smooth and enhance the appearance of metal parts, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• ·       Perform welding operations (MIG or TIG) to join metal parts according to technical specifications and blueprints.
• ·       Inspect finished components for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and making adjustments as needed.
• ·       Maintain and troubleshoot grinding, polishing, and welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Requirements:

• ·       Proven experience in grinding, polishing, and welding within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• ·       Proficiency in operating grinding and polishing equipment, as well as MIG or TIG welding.
• ·       Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• ·       Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• ·       Experience welding stainless steel.
• ·       TIG welding experience strongly preferred

Hours:

• ·       5am – 3:30pm
• ·       Monday – Thursday

Pay:

• ·       $26 – 30/hour
• ·       Pending Experience
