Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Facilities/Building Department in Honolulu. This role involves overseeing various projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the facilities or building sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred.
