Helper - 2nd Shift

Located in Tyler, TX

Salary: $16-$20/hr

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper to join a local Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
• Builds pallets and shipping containers using hand and power tools
• Detects and reports faulty operations or defective material 
• Wrap and unwrap material
• Housekeeping of work areas 
• Operate sit-down forklift
• Managing metal materials

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to safely operate a forklift. Training and certification provided regardless of previous experience.
• Ability to read documents and interpret facts and draw conclusions
• Understanding of basic math, reading, and writing 
• Great communication, organizational, and time management skills
