Job Title: Fill & Formation Technician 

***PPE REQUIREMENTS: Safety glasses, face shield, steel-toed shoes, latex/neoprene gloves, and lab coats***

***Position REQUIRES working with chemicals***

Experience: Manufacturing/Machine Operation: 2 years (Required)

Shift: Monday-Friday; (Weekends  as needed)

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Basic computer skills including Excel and database usage. 

  • Strong organizational skills to optimize workflow and maintain a tidy workstation. 

  • Ability to work safely with energized cells and basic knowledge of electrical circuits. 

  • Experience with hand tools such as torque tools and electrical meters. 

  • Excellent attention to detail to identify process and material variances affecting product quality. 

  • Clear and effective communication skills across all levels of management. 

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Operate and maintain production and test equipment following process documents and instructions. 

  • Utilize filling equipment, temperature chambers, and various test equipment, becoming proficient in their operation. 

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to 6S standards and safety requirements. 

  • Perform visual inspections and review electrical performance results to ensure product conformance. 

  • Follow written and verbal instructions, organizing and executing multiple duties effectively. 

  • Develop proficiency in all tasks within the department, demonstrating energy and aptitude.
