Accounting Clerk

Located in Irvine, CA

Salary: $24.00 to $30.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for an electronics component manufacturer. Our client is an industry leader operating across the US and Asia. This is a full time, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $24.00 to $30.00/hour. Hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing order confirmations
• Invoicing
• Generating sales reports
• Administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

• At least one year of related experience
• Chinese language skills a benefit but not mandatory
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks, SAP and Peachtree knowledge a benefit
• Professional, positive and friendly personality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
