Salary: $85-$95K annually

Our client is looking for a Plant Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to provide technical support to their manufacturing operations.

Job Duties:

• Design and supervise the installation of new process equipment in addition to existing machines, in order to improve product quality or increased productivity,
• Provide electrical support to troubleshoot and solve problems impacting equipment
• Supervise 3-4 maintenance technicians and provide training as necessary
• Hands on position; should have excellent electrical and mechancal skills
• Assist with changeovers according to production schedules
• Experience in an automated manufacturing environment w/ a focus on driving operating (process and equipment) improvements
• Proficient with AutoCad and basic machine design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work with all levels of management
