Do you have your RIBO license and are looking for a great company to join?  If so, we have a great role with one of our insurance clients located in the Stoney Creek Area that is looking for New Business Development Managers to join their commercial and personal lines business teams.  If you are a driven sales representative that is aggressive and looking to build your book of business, this role is for you.

What’s Responsibilities of the Role:

• Hunt new business using sales methods and marketing campaigns
• Attend face to face customer meetings
• Close new business and service existing clients
• Working with the commercial lines team by supporting existing customers
• Preparing new policies for new and existing customers
• Prepare submissions/proposals and summaries of insurance
• Work with new and existing clients with negotiating terms of renewal and new business
• Support clients with day-to-day requests
• Ensure files are kept organized and accurate
• Back up to other team members
• Other project assigned by management

 

Qualification For the Role:

• 5+ years of experience selling in the insurance industry
• Valid RIBO license
• Must be onsite every day during training and flexibility afterward to work off site
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must have previous experience working with Policy Works
