Do you have your RIBO license and are looking for a great company to join?  If so, we have a great role with one of our insurance clients located in the Stoney Creek Area that is looking for a CSR to join their commercial line team.  This role requires 3+ years of experience working in the insurance industry and requires a RIBO license.

What’s Responsibilities of the Role:

• Working with the commercial lines team by supporting existing customers
• Preparing new policies for new and existing customers
• Prepare submissions/proposals and summaries of insurance
• Work with new and existing clients with negotiating terms of renewal and new business
• Support clients with day-to-day requests
• Ensure files are kept organized and accurate
• Back up to other team members
• Other project assigned by management

 

Qualification For the Role:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
• Valid RIBO license
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week while training and move to a 3 day in office hybrid schedule once trained
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must have previous experience working with Policy Works
