Datacard Engineer (Direct Hire)

This is a direct hire position. Our client is based in the Northeast. MUST be willing to relocate.

 

Engineer/Technician wanted to work on Entrust Datacard Central Issuance Systems such as the MX6100 and MX6000, MXD and MXi.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Repair, troubleshoot electromechanical printing equipment.
· Install and troubleshoot computer software.
· Clean, inspect and prep equipment prior to shipping.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Must Have Mechanical and technical experience
· Must have a positive attitude and communicate on a professional level
· Ability to function with limited supervision
· Ability to operate a motor vehicle max length 26'' and have current driver's license
· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
· Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally

 

This position will be repairing and refurbishing used equipment for sale, offering phone support, and supporting the in-house service bureau. Up to 25% of the time will be spent traveling to customer sites to repair, move, or install equipment
