Key Responsibilities:

Grind down welds on pipes to meet quality and safety standards.
Operate machinery used in the production of pipes, including cutting, shaping, and forming equipment.
Perform rigging tasks to move and secure heavy materials and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment.
Follow strict safety and quality control guidelines.
Accurately record production data and report any discrepancies or issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or pipe mill environment preferred.
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in operating grinding tools and machinery.
Experience with rigging and moving heavy materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.
