Required skills and qualifications:

• Bilingual (French & English) written & spoken
• Attention to detail & time management skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience using MS Office Suite, Agile and Oasis (will train)
• Previous electrical / construction experience considered a strong asset
• Previous project coordination / management experience considered a strong asset
• Intermediate computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently and within a team
  

Duties may include but are limited to:

• Provide purchase orders to manufacturers and suppliers  
• Coordinate on-site deliveries as well as on-site commissioning with technicians
• Communicate with distributors, manufacturers and/or contractors on a daily basis
• Update Project Manager and the team on the project status
• Read shop drawings, site plans and fixtures to ensure project accuracy
• Assist with technical support and troubleshooting for client post-sales
• Attend project meetings, staff meetings and in-house training
• Complete projects with invoicing
• Other duties as assigned

Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year depending on experience
