The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.


- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards.

 

- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials and shipments.
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with the shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Route items to appropriate storage areas.


- Enter data into inventory and logistics software programs.
- Produce regular reports on inventory levels, stock usage, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments and customers as needed.


- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Experience with warehouse software, databases, and systems.


- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- The role may involve long periods of standing, walking, and manual handling of goods.
