Position: Warehouse/Yard/Equipment Maintenance
Type: Full-Time, Evaluation to Hire
Location: Woodinville
Pay:  $25-$30 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30AM-2:00PM

Job Details/Responsibilities: 

• Yard maintenance - General yard maintenance including weed eating where/when necessary. Yard maintenance is done on a daily basis.
• Warehouse maintenance - Keep the warehouse clean and uncluttered. Stock should be stored by type in its designated area and never left on the floor
• Maintenance is done on a daily basis.
• Maintain inventory levels - Need to keep track of and maintain inventory levels.
• Check out equipment, tools & trucks - Each morning check out tools, equipment and trucks to foreman and crew workers. Maintain a log for both checking out and checking in the equipment, tools and trucks. 
• Unscheduled assigned tasks: Pick up and/or delivery of material and supplies to job sites or warehouse, samples to contractors; special yard/warehouse projects assigned. 
  
  Qualifications/Requirements:
  
•  High school diploma or GED
• Must have experience with equipment & tool repair and maintenance on equipment and must be kept current
• Must have knowledge and understanding of following equipment and tools that will require repair and maintenance: vehicles, generators, compactors, Imer tile saws, Skil saws, and paver laying machine
• Forklift experience is required
• Must be able to multi-task efficiently
