Assistant Project Mananger - Construction

Position: Assistant Project Manager
Type: Full-Time, Evaluation to Hire
Location: Edmonds
Pay:  $23 per hour 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM

 Job Details: Responsibilities will include, but not limited to Quantity take off and estimation, interacting with clients and manufactures, and organizing and maintaining project file.

Responsibilities: 

- Working on bids/proposals
- Submittals of documents
- Closeout documents
- Scheduling
- Contract compliance
- Ordering materials
- Expected to bed and manage projects simultaneously
- Prepare/review/distribute submittals and shop drawings
- Maintain a good relationship with the manufacturers, customers, architects, and company personnel involved with project
- Monitor all projects to completion
- Manage project changes, and prepare change orders where necessary

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Construction, Architect and Engineering background is a plus!
- Competent computer skills and knowledge in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and etc.
- Must be able to go on school grounds and job sites.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects, prioritize workload, and work with minimal supervision. 
- Estimating is a plus!
- Detail oriented problem solver with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, to prioritize and organize, and work well under pressure and stress.
