Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, delivering high-quality paint jobs, minimizing product waste, and maintaining clean work areas. This role will involve heavy lifting, working at heights using ladders, and always adhering to safety protocols.

• Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform heavy lifting and work at heights.
• Familiarity with painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to painting and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Interact with clients professionally and courteously.

Quality Paint Job:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing to achieve desired finish.
• Ensure even coverage and smooth surfaces without drips or streaks.
• Follow specific instructions regarding color, texture, and application method.

Minimize Product Waste:

• Handle paint and related materials with care to minimize waste.
• Properly mix and dilute paint to optimize coverage and reduce excess.
• Utilize efficient painting techniques to maximize product utilization.

Clean Work Area:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the painting process.
• Clean and properly store equipment and tools after each use.
• Dispose of waste materials responsibly and in accordance with company guidelines.

Heavy Lifting and Ladder Work:

• Lift and move heavy equipment and materials as required for painting tasks.
• Safely set up and climb ladders to access elevated surfaces for painting.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment to prevent accidents.
