Property Maintenance Technician Job Summary:

A Michigan property management company has an opening for a property maintenance technician

Property Maintenance Technician responsibilities:

• Turning apartments for new occupants
• General repairs
• Light plumbing
• Electrical fixture repair and replacement
• Grounds work as needed

 

Schedule:: Full-Time, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

 

Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 2 years previous property maintenance experience
• Fair housing knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• A valid driver’s license
