Sales Representative - $15.00/HOUR + Commission

A Central El Paso company needs a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate would be a high energy, engaged, entrepreneurial sales professional. This position is a role for an experienced and proven salesperson that has strong presentation skills and relationship building. You will be working with new and existing clients to provide them the right services and solutions to meet their workplace furniture needs such as upholstery, wood refinish, new office furniture, reconfiguration and moving services. You will be responsible for growth within a highly competitive environment by managing and growing customer accounts. 

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 3-5 years’ experience in consultative and strategic sales is preferred; furniture commercial, hospitality, interior design is a plus
2. Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and manage workflow
3. Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both independently and within team environment
4. Interpersonal communication skills
5. Well-organized with a knack for time management
6. Ability to manage various complexities on the job
7. Proficient skills in google drive, docs & sheets
8. Create space planning layouts to provide to designer
9. Must maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethic
