Essential Duties:

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer service, medical office, or billing/coding.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Must pass relevant license exams and maintain certifications.

Licenses:

• Disability (Health) and Certified Exchange Producer (within 2-3 months).
• Life Insurance license is a plus.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License and auto liability insurance.
