Fulfillment Specialist

Located in Lakeville, MN

Salary: $19/hr

Daily Responsibilities:

• Pack and fulfill individual shipments of product through FedEx, UPS and other carriers
• Create shipping labels and manage tracking numbers in a shared database
• Order and maintain a product sample inventory, regularly checking on product quality and availability to fulfill sample requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure product quality with each shipment
• Order packaging and shipping materials as needed
• Act as a liaison between shipping companies and the brand to troubleshoot as needed
• Communication shipment delivery updates with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• High school graduate preferred
• Passionate about organization, communication, and partnership
• Microsoft Office experience required; project management software experience a plus
• Flexible and a good communicator, willing to be a team-player
• Reliable

Requirements:

·         Able to sit at a desk and work at a computer for most of the day, standing as necessary

·         Able to lift up to 50lbs as necessary

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 8:00am – 1:00pm
