Our client located in the 78738 area of Southwest Austin is seeking to add a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to their growing team! While this is a temporary position, they are working to make this a permanent position but as of now it is a temporary position for 2+ months. The ideal person will have a can-do attitude and positively contribute to the teams’ functions. This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday, and they could require occasional weekend and/or holiday work depending on deadlines. The company provides essential testing on compressed air used in the medical, food service, first responders and industrial industries. 

Pay rate is $18.00 to $21.00/hr. depending on experience

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator include, but not limited too:

• Making and taking calls
• Creating Purchase Orders from orders received
• Collection calls on past invoices and rentals
• Data Entry

Desired Qualities for the Data Entry & Receiving Specialist

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Strong computer literacy
• 1+ year administrative experience
